May 2, 2010 Parent Education Event in San Francisco Logistics

Thank you for registering for Redefining Success for our Children on Sunday, May 2nd at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, located at 3200 California Street. Our program will begin at 9:00 a.m.; registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. We are expecting a large crowd for this exciting event, so please use the following information to plan your morning: Driving Directions: Please click here for directions to the JCCSF: http://www.jccsf.org/about-us/general-information/directions/ Parking: Parking is available at the JCCSF at the special event rate of $7. If you choose to park in the garage, which has capacity of 160 spots, please have your parking ticket validated at the front desk to ensure you receive the preferential rate. Note that all cars entering the garage will have trunks inspected by security. In addition to the on-site garage, parking is available on the street, and at the UCSF Laurel Heights campus for a flat rate of $5: http://www.ucsf.edu/maps/laurel-heights/ Please carpool if possible and allow ample time for whichever parking option you choose. Check-in: Participants will be checked in on the main floor of the JCCSF beginning at 8:00 a.m. No tickets are necessary, but please come as early as possible to ensure a smooth registration process. Food/Beverages: We will be offering a continental breakfast on Sunday in the Pottruck Family Atrium prior to the event and during a brief break in the program. Please note that no food or beverages will be permitted in Kanbar Hall. Books/DVDs: Green Apple Books is partnering with us for the event and will have books for sale during the break and at the completion of the program. DVD’s from the 2008 and 2009 Challenge Success fall conferences will also be available for purchase (only cash and checks can be accepted for DVDs).
