About the Presentation

It is an increasing challenge to raise our children in the current environment, where they face heightened academic and social pressures. As parents, it is difficult to know how best to support our children’s development and well-being in this performance-based culture.

At our Well-Balanced Student community events we share practical, research-based strategies to help parents navigate our fast-paced, competitive culture. We believe that when parents learn together about the importance of a balanced life, communities become stronger, families prioritize well-being, and kids are healthier and more engaged in school.
