JOIN OUR TEAM
Challenge Success is a non-profit organization affiliated with Stanford’s Graduate School of Education that works to improve K-12 student well-being, engagement, and belonging through our School Partnership, Research and Surveys, and Professional Development and Community Education Workshops. Our unique approach is grounded in research about effective education and healthy child and adolescent development, engages and educates all groups within the school community, and focuses on elevating the voice and perspective of all students. While many other organizations address student needs after problems arise, we offer proactive solutions that help to create systems within schools where students are engaged, healthy, and thriving. Challenge Success is led by a small, multidisciplinary team of educators, researchers, and youth development experts.
OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Challenge Success is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they can perform every job description task. We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job, and that candidate may come from a less traditional background. We may consider an equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, education, and experience to meet minimum qualifications. If you are interested in applying, we encourage you to think broadly about your background and skill set for the role. We strongly encourage people of all genders, BIPOC people, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, and those from other systematically marginalized communities to apply.
