Partner with our team to identify and implement policies and practices that improve student well-being, broaden the definition of success, and promote academic engagement at your school.
Partner Schools commit to attending both the Fall Conference and Spring Conference on either the East or West Coast. Dates and locations for 2019-20 are below.

Basic Package
– $10,000 –
- FALL CONFERENCE: Attend in Fall 2019 with up to 10 team members.* The conference includes team coaching, reception/dinner and evening program on Friday, and a full day of workshops on Saturday.
- SPRING CONFERENCE: Attend in Spring 2020 with up to 10 team members.* The one-day conference includes workshops, facilitated team sessions, and opportunities to pair share and network with other schools.
- RESEARCH-BASED RESOURCES: Receive dedicated access to an online resource portal and receive a copy of the Challenge Success book, Overloaded and Underprepared: Strategies for Stronger Schools and Healthy, Successful Kids.
- ADDITIONAL COACHING: Receive two additional team coaching sessions during the school year.**
Comprehensive Package
– $21,000 –

- ADDITIONAL COACHING & TWO WORKSHOPS: Receive four team coaching sessions, with two taking place over videoconference and two live at your school site. During these live school site visits, you’ll also receive the delivery of a total of two workshops throughout the year which can be done at one visit or split between two visits. You can choose from our Professional Development workshops, Parent Education workshops, Student workshops, or other mutually agreed upon meetings and/or consultations.
- SCHOOL SURVEYS: Receive support administering both the Challenge Success Student Survey and Parent Survey, including an interactive online dashboard of results and a debrief call with Challenge Success School Program Director and Research Team.
*Out-of-area schools are responsible for team travel and lodging.
**Non-conference coaching sessions will be done via teleconference only.
