These visits are co-designed with the school or district leader(s) and focus on a specific topic, such as engagement with learning, assessment practices, community well-being, AI use and policies, or belonging and connection. Pre- and post-meetings are included to understand community needs, personalize an authentic and meaningful experience, align on logistics and programming, and reflect afterward to complete the feedback loop.
